Additionally, it helps with faster weight loss and easier maintenance of physical fitness. However, not everyone can practice hot yoga; it depends on individual health conditions. Traveling to Kerala, India, for Ayurveda retreats and practicing yoga with local gurus, I discovered the healing properties of mantras. Mantras address each chakra, helping detoxify both energetically and physically. I noticed improvements in my lungs and throat by practicing them. Each chakra has its own mantra—a sound that creates vibrations on your energetic level. The more you practice, the better results you can see on your physical level. I was thrilled to find that my lungs and throat had cleared out, allowing me to maintain the vibrations of the mantras longer. It was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this technique.
