Why Support Me and My Vision: VMTcoin, NFTs ad VM Foundation DAO?

This project is more than an idea—it’s my life’s work, shaped by some of the hardest experiences a person can face. I know the struggle of homelessness and corruption first-hand, and I carry with me the pain, resilience, and determination that come from surviving it.

When the pandemic hit, my life collapsed. Overnight, I lost my home and ended up living in my car with my two loyal dogs, Charlie and Bella, who have been with me since they were just a few weeks old. For a good while, we faced the harsh reality of having nowhere to go—sometimes sofa surfing, often sleeping in that small space on four wheels. Finding home with tw furry friends is almost impossible in Ireland.  Despite billions being spent to address homelessness, true help was almost impossible to find. I was hardly offered any, only after sending letters and making phone calls to TDs and senators, but even this didn't help. The system is broken, and I’ve lived on the sharp end of it. I fought for my rights, yet no one listened or even consulted what to do and where to go. I had to learn the entire system myself to be able to use my teeth to be locked at. I was treated as if I was trash in society—all because I collapsed financially. However, never got any meaningful help, I was still in my car for over a year because the economical and administrative system we have do not work together to support people, it destroys you, slowly but surely.

That experience gave me a deep understanding of the challenges people face when society turns its back on them. It also ignited a fire to create something that could make a real, lasting difference. That “something” became the VM Foundation DAO, powered by VMTcoin and supported by an ecosystem of VM NFTs, ethical physical products, and a broader network of services.
